Sadly I'm can't express how deeply disappointed I am with this product. I have never seen a composition notebook that did not have a metric table on the inside over however, the "notebook" is constructed with the quality of a pamphlet. The cover is the thinness of a low weight card stock. The page look as though someone printed sheets of paper cut them out (and not even cut out properly on the vertical lines as evidenced by slanted black lines along the edge of the pages). It truly looks like a poorly done craft project. When compared to ANY other Composition Notebook available in stores or online - choose any other provider/product instead of this product.
