These panels helped with my closet sound booth.

Spent an hour meticulously cutting and fitting these to our toddler’s door - to dull the sound of a newborn’s crying. These did not help a bit. For the cost, we really hoped they would provide a least a muffle, but baby’s cries are still loud and clear on the other side of the door. They also do not come with anything to adhere them. They suggest spray adhesive, but we used command strips. Don’t waste your money on these!

These are nothing like what they look like on the site. They’re dense felt pads with no rise at all. They’re flat and thin. The instructions tell you to let them breathe overnight and then wash and dry them - zero difference. Do not buy this kit. It’s garbage.
