Didn't work and would fit a 5 year old. I'm a size 10 and it barely covered my hip. Threw it I the bin

I have a good bum anyway but due to being in a fairly new relationship and eating loads more junk food than normal, the area needed a tone up. I must say it was a bit painful each time I put on the hip trainer but I’ve been using using this a couple of times a day for over two weeks -the pain is barely noticeable now and my hips and bum are slightly firmer than before, I will continue to use for a few more weeks then update if there’s anything bad, but so far so good (and haven’t made any changes to my diet either)

Poor item. It doesn’t pulses constantly. It’s bit even that powerful.Seller Charged me extra on delivery even though I did not request it.

Excellent all over Hips trainer. I've tried similar, more expensive products that friends have purchased, I honestly can't tell the difference. After a 20 minute session you feel noticeably more toned, and after a couple of days I'm sure that I'm starting to see results in the mirror. Definitely recommended if, like me, you are too busy (or lazy) to get to the gym!
