I got this wine key for my job as a server where i would be opening many bottles of wine. I was very new to it and had my coworker Try it out and she said it was the wine key from hell. But once I got a hold of it and knew my way around a wine key it became one of the most efficient ones in the restaurant to the point where that same coworker who borrowed it shortly (after I broke it in) asked me where I got it from because it's so good. It feels ergonomic. The grip is nice, sometimes those fully metal ones can hurt your hand.The design is very formal and sleek. I got many compliments on the wood detail. it's sturdy I've dropped it several times and works just as good. I've opened many difficult bottles of wine and it has never failed. The foil cutter is very sharp. I would be careful with that because I did cut myself a couple times.

Great product. I serve at a steak house and I have to open bottles of wine all the time. I’ve had this product for years with no issues. It is very durable and overall a great product.

Perfect wine opener. Good grip, durable, and smooth on opening. Also looks very sleek.

Very heavy duty product. Had the inexpensive ones in the past and had to keep replacing as they would bend or break. This product seems like it will last a really long time.

This is built rugged. It is very stiff and difficult to work. I am hoping it will "break-in". If it does break in, I will give this 4 stars.update : I added a star rating because this tool has "broken in" enough be a nice tool. No longer stiff. I would give it 5 stars if it were cheaper.update #2 I have been using this for about 3 months , almost every day. It is built rugged and intelligently. I am upgrading this review to 5 stars. I just ordered another for a back up

Cool wine opener. I bought the white handle. Pretty good looking. The HICoup wine opener is a quality product. I like this type of wine over vs. all others. It has a fluted corkscrew for ease of going into the cork. The dual hinge on the opener is very easy to use. The size is smaller enough to throw into the backpack when going on road trips.It looks really nice and is stylish. You can’t beat the cost for a quality corkscrew. The foil cutter is serrated and makes it easy to remove the foil.

Perfect wine key. Nice, sleek and durable. Been using it for about two years now.
