Omg I am OBSESSED with this product. Having clean floors has been a constant challenge and battle for me for my entire adult life. Now that we have a baby who is about to start crawling, I wanted to make the investment to have peace of mind that he is crawling on as clean of floors as possible. With 3 dogs, I was skeptical this could ever happen, but not anymore! I have tried vacuuming and mop/bucket methods, scrubbing floors with a mop and cleaning up with towels, swiffer power mops, and steam cleaners. I have never been satisfied with the results. I like to use the “paper towel check” to see if the floors are clean - if a damp paper towel stays clean after wiping the floor. Never have I seen a clean paper towel until this machine! Displayed are pictures of my kitchen floor after I steam cleaned it, but before I used the tineco s9 on it. As you can see, it doesn’t look that dirty. You’ll then see a picture of a paper towel used on the floor - clearly the steam cleaner didn’t get it cleaned. Next you’ll see the paper towel used on the floor AFTER the tineco cleaned it. My jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe how clean it got the floor. Next is a picture of the before/after of the exact same spot on our bathroom tile. The only tiny spots you can see are from paint. On top of how well it does the job - it’s super easy to use, easy to maintain, easy to charge, easy to push, and easy to set up. The fact that it’s cordless is awesome. It uses minimal water so a tank of water goes a LONG way. It also uses hardly any cleaning product. I wish I had gotten this YEARS ago. It has cut back on cleaning time immensely, does a 10x better job, and requires 1/10th the effort of other methods. Yes, it is incredibly expensive. But as an investment, I think it is completely worth it

DO NOT BUY! Save $6000 and get the regular model. This is absolutely not worth the $1000 price. I have bought the $300 and $400 versions and they’re basically the same in cleaning performance. The steam feature makes the appearance of steam and drains the battery but doesn’t clean any better. The lights and little screen and motorized movement are completely unnecessary. This is a great product category but this trim level is totally stupid.

This machine really is the "Rolls Royce" of wet/dry vacuums, in my opinion. It not only does everything you need it to, and very well, but it's easy to use, very versatile/functional the self-cleaning function makes it super easy to care for/keep clean. I've owned a couple of different earlier-generation wet/dry vacuums (like the Hoover Floormate). Those got the job done, but this Tineco is multiple levels beyond those (which does come at a hefty price). If you're looking for a high-quality machine for cleaning hard flooring, this one is worth the money. With all that said, I'm now in the market for another of these for my second home. Trying to determine which model to purchase is completely confusing. Tineco offers so many different models with odd variations in naming that makes discerning their differences/levels nearly impossible. To add to the confusion, their website product comparison feature is absolutely useless. You can see multiple products side-by-side with various features/functions listed, but over half of those are blank/unpopulated so, you have no clue, for example, what the differences are in battery runtime between an S9 Artist Pro Steam, S9 Artist Pro or S9 Artist Master. It's not clear to me how this company is managing their product lines/merchandising, but offering 10+ versions of one product seems excessive and makes purchasing decisions frustrating. I think I've settled on the S9 Artist Pro (non steam) for my next purchase. But I'm currently chatting with Tineco support online to help me make that decision.

When I first moved into our new home I was cleaning the floors non stop and was mopping with 5 buckets of water on the main floor multiple times a week. While we own a dyson the main floor was all hard surface and the amount of water and effort was killing me. I tried the bissel crosswave and while it worked it also died REPEATEDLY. After 3 bissels in 2 years I splurged for a Tineco S7 switch. It was the best. I was so impressed. I had been eying the steam since before the European drop, but our other Tineco was doing great still. When I saw the price drop I snagged it and I am pretty impressed. They changed the tank system. I do think the dirty water tank is much easier to clean. The new display is beautiful and set up is easy. Not 100% sure if I love the bulkiness of the tineco head I wish it were not as tall. It doesnt quite fit under the edge of all the cabinets or furniture. I do love the steam feature it definitely is helpful for sanitary reasons and the heated washing and drying of the roller is a win. I want to give 5 stars, but the bulkiness and limited run time in steam are the down side for me. 4.5 would be my actual rating. I also wish the brush heads had the option to be changed to ones that scrub a little more for using on grout and tile. Its still a beautiful machine, cleans, steams, sanitizes, and charges quickly.

Makes keeping my tile floors clean easy. The machine is heavy, so if you have weak hands it may not work as well for you. It is so nice to vacuum and steam floors at the same time. It is a little loud when going through the self cleaning cycle. I have a dog is medium length hair and it handles it just fine. It needs to be cleaned after use (empty water tank, etc.) but that doesn't take long and I'm amazed that my "clean" house was so dirty. Note that with this machine, you do NOT use any cleaning solutions. It relies completely upon the steam. I am very happy with it.

Floors are way cleaner than mop cleaning the machine is sturdy and better to pre vacuum before using the hardfloor mopvacc. The auto drive makes moving it around really smooth it kinda moves itself. it handles german Shepard hair well and cleaning the vacuum after cleaning the floor was easy first dirty water bucket was nasty overall first day the machine is amazing. Battery life is good I’ll report in a few years when it stops being good and what replacing the battery on this machine is like.

Works like a charm I love it the wife loves it and everyone who visits loves the clean floors.

Love this machine and cleans very well. My only complaint is when you are paying over $1000.00 why would Tineco use ordinary metal screws in the dirty water tank? They are starting to corrode already. Could they not afford to use stainless steel screws????
