Our heavy-weight knife bags were designed to take the abuse of the busy chef, caterer, bbq competition team, hunting ranch, rv, back-country cook, or any application where durability is important. Almost all knife bags are made from polyester. Even higher denier polyester can damage easier than canvas, plus some do not stand up to heat well. Our cases are made from organic cotton canvas. The knives roll up, and closes with a heavy-duty hook and loop latch (similar to Velcro). It also includes a hook and loop interior strap to hold down any tools that need extra security.
