This is a great roof basket. Very strong and a great price. I put it on my 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz XRT. It looks great, and holds more weight than most other roof baskets. Assembly and install is also very simple. One thing I would recommend is replacing the bolts and lock nuts with better ones. The ones it came with are cheap pot metal and the head will strip easy. Its very of odd that the basket and mountain hardware are well made, but the bolts are cheap. That is why I gave it 4 stars. Other than the bolt and lock nut issue I am very happy with this roof basket and would recommend it to others.

I was very impressed with the packing of this item, all the parts were well packed and the metal structure was wrapped very good to avoid scratching of the powder coated metal bars. Only problem was, one of the main bars to be inserted into the other one was bent, not something that happened in shipping, it left the "quality control" that way before it was packaged to ship. We were able to squeeze it together with pliers to fix it, but it did crack the paint. To avoid possible rusting, I wrapped it in electrical tape before screwing it together. But beware of this. Other than that it installs very nicely.

I used this on my roof rack cross bars from Michigan to Florida and back. Was a life saver. I do recommend going to your local hardware store and purchasing your own bolts, washers, and nuts. Just my preference because didn't trust ones included. I did use their long nuts as tops to my selections which worked great to protect my gear bag, used in the roof rack, from getting snagged by the bolts. Also used heavy duty ratchet straps to secure everything as apposed to the net that came with it. Overall good rack, with a little doctoring. Again, this was my preference.

Item came with all expected parts. It went together easily and was the correct size. The configuration in which I mounted the rack required additional hardware. The company had great communication and was very accommodating. When I contacted the seller, the replied promptly and after inquiring about buying extra mounting brackets, they decided to provide them for free. Would highly recommend the item and seller.
