I purchased this for my best friend. She was three days postpartum and said breast feeding was KILLING her hand due to her carpal tunnel. I hopped on amazon and ordered this for her. She sent me a photo at 1am while using it and said "omg my hand feels so much better!" Money well spent!

Love the strap, especially as someone full-figured. HOWEVER. Cleaning this thing is such a headache. The cover unzips to remove the insert, but getting the cover re-zipped once the pillow is stuffed back in is ridiculously difficult because the cover fits so snugly. I’ve washed mine three times since buying, and tonight the zipper broke when I was trying put the cover back on.
