Works and looks great!
This thing is awesome. My stove died and instead of replacing it with a cheapie right away, I decided to save up for something nicer. This is pinch-hitting in the meantime and I really love it. I can't speak to how long it will last, but for heating things up, boiling noodles, making soup, etc. it works great, in other words, perfect for bachelor "cooking.' It's a good size so that a small saucepan to a larger pot will fit on it. Easy to see, intuitive controls, I didn't even have to glance at the instruction book to go straight to cooking with this. I love how light and compact it is too, when not in use it easily stows away in a cabinet or large drawer, so you don't permanently lose counter space, just for the time it takes to cook and the few minutes after letting it cool off completely. Super clean, contemporary looks too so even if you do leave it out, it's not an eyesore. Highly recommended.

Efficient heating
We're going through a kitchen renovation and needed to set up a makeshift kitchen in our basement. I bought this cooktop based on other reviews. Works like a charm. I'd be lost without it. As part of the renovation we're switching to an induction range. I never used induction before so I figured I would get used to it on this cooktop while I'm waiting for my kitchen to get finished. If my new range works as well as this little cooktop, I'll be one happy camper. It's so easy to use and heats up the contents of my pan so quickly. Boiling water happens in half the time it used to on my old, electric range.

Poor Quality
I've used a number of induction cooktops over the last ten years, and this one is the worst. It beeps loudly and annoyingly with every single adjustment, the fan is loud, the plastic housing is thin, the glass cooking top distorts the display, and the whole unit gets overly hot during use--to a point where there's a smell of burning electrical components. The one pro is the front adjustment knob. It's much nicer being able to dial in adjustments, though one still has to tap on the touch screen top to switch menus.

Works great and is perfect size for RV
Recently purchased the iSiler Portable Induction Cooktop 1800W. I have used it several times and am very pleased with the cooking levels from low to high. There are nine cooking levels which will be more than enough to cover anything you would want to cook. Easy to use and lightweight. I will use it mainly in a van RV and highly recommend it. It is small enough to fit in a drawer and light to remove easily. Will be very handy to get out and use.

Works well
When a gas pipe broke in our street, we decided to buy this stove as an emergency solution. After ten months of intensive use, this cooktop still works like a charm! It's powerful and very easy to use. The fan kicks in very quickly, and it's not that silent, but at this price I can't complain. My only major criticism is the temperature setting. The preset temperatures and powers are not adapted to slow cooking with dutch ovens, they're either too powerful or not enough.

First ever induction cooktop -- bought a second one!
This is a really cool product. We use it in our RV, since we removed the old stove that came with it. This is easy to use, and you can store it away to create space. Bought another one so we can have two pots on at once!

Does what it's supposed to, but annoying quirks and bugs
The stove works well enough and the temperature control is reasonably accurate. It looks nice and the rotary knob is a much better control input than the buttons on some other models. However, two main issues with this stove keep it from being satisfying for me. One is hard for me to understand--when using temperature control, the allowable temperatures jumps from 180F to 260F with nothing in between. This is a big gap at that temperature range and I don't know why the unit was programmed this way. My other portable desktop cooker goes up from 140F all the way to 340F in 20F increments before increasing to larger increments for higher temperatures. Most cooks would want a lot more temperature control in the region around the boiling point of water and I can't imagine it would have been some huge additional cost to provide that. Secondly, the unit is buggy and sometimes doesn't activate when the button is pressed. After it's unplugged and plugged back in, it works again. To summarize: Pros -Nice looking with nice control knob -Single flat and smooth surface, easy to clean -Reasonably accurate temperature control -Adjustable timer Cons -Large gap in key cooking temperature range -Buggy controller Would have returned it if I hadn't missed the return window by a few days.

Great burner
I use this outdoors, not recommended by the manufacturer. I like to cook my cast iron pan but it stinks up the house. Now i can pan fried my thick cut rib eyes or blacken salmon without smelling up the house. It heats up almost instantaneously and is simple to regulate the temperature. Completely cools off by end of dinner. I just wipe if off and put is in a storage bin for safe keep. I do recommend getting induction pad to protect the burner surface from scratching if you are going to use a cast iron pad.
