Granddaughter loved it

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR FROM THIS SELLER. This item began falling apart the second day that we had it. The first piece fell off without my niece even noticing. Then the cover that held the picture in fell off and the picture fell out at school and was also lost. When I attempted to contact the seller all I got was requests for pictures of all the pieces. This was impossible because some of the pieces had been lost. I finally had to escalate to Amazon itself to try to get resolution. I was very disappointed both in the quality of the product and in the response of the seller. I actually try to order from smaller sellers to support them, but in this case I was very disappointed.

Total junk. What I received did not match the image on Amazon. The entire image is blurry and not sharp like the Amazon photo. The cat is pink instead of white. The controls are pink instead of white. When I reported this to the company they at first said I had manipulated the image. I sent them several more photos and a video. They accused me of being dishonest and that I had left the keychain in the sun (I have not) or that I got it wet (I have not). Even leaving an image in the sun would not change the color from white to pink! They refused to send me a new one and kept accusing me of being dishonest and making excuses. They are the ones with the excuses. This is my one and only bad experience on Amazon. And Amazon does offer strong return policies on third party resellers. No more third party resellers for me. I will stick with Amazon products that are backed by Amazon’s strong guarantees and excellent return policy.
