These Dove were beautiful with the wings partially extended. The wings felt stiff so I was afraid to open or close them but they were perfect! Large and well made.

Love the adjustable wing span. Adds a special touch to Christmas trees and large holiday wreaths.

I used two doves to represent a sacrifice being brought to a temple in a biblical pageant. They were in an wooden box with open slats so that you could see the doves as they were carried in.I bought the doves because of their size. They are larger than most of the doves available on-line. This made them visible from a distance.One of the two doves was damaged, likely when it was placed in the mailing box. The tail was off and the styrofoam body was cracked. The doves are quite fragile and will not tolerate a lot of handling. I was able to glue things back together. You must be very careful to have clean hands when working with the doves so that you don't get spots on the bodies.I did not try to make the doves stand up by themselves or to manipulate the wings. I did wire the feet to my wooden box so that they looked like they were standing.They met my need and have been saved for future events.

The media could not be loaded.  As described. Arrived well packagedIt has a couple of metal wires sticking out past the feet so you can attach it to things.I stapled the wires to the top of the cross to get the dove to stay on top.

I bought these artificial birds to hang from the ceiling (fishing wire) with attached ribbon in their beaks to the Christmas Tree top. It's beautiful!

These doves are huge, Yes they measure about 12 inches like it says but it's all big body and short tail. I have some 8 inch ones that are too small and wanted larger ones for a arrangement in an urn. They 8 inch ones have a slim body and a nice long tail. I expected doves with a larger body but with a nice long tail and wings but the length is all big fat body and short tail. Won't work in my arrangement but will keep for something else. Disappointed.

I absolutely love them I used them for my fiancé for his urn that I made for him, but also I use in weddings and I will recommend and buy again.
