These pure nickel strings have a great classic rock sound and the light gauge make then very easy to bend tones. Very easy on the fingers.

Best strings I've ever used. I play Jazz ... Lots of modal jazz that can handle some bite when it's called for. Great tone on my Les Paul.

The strings have excellent tone, and feel nice either way under a finger or a pick. Plugged in, these strings on a guitar really show the power you put into your playing.

These strings have beautiful tone, are comfortable, and long lived. Would definitely purchase again. 👍👍

Decided to try these out after listening to some very good demos. First of all, for about $19 a pack I would think the strings could have been packaged better in an air tight sealed pack like most string brands do these days. Not a big deal if you use them right away I suppose. Sound wise they are ok and feel pretty good, but really don't hear much difference between them and strings that cost much less unfortunately. Just hope they last a long time. YMMV.

I had high hopes. These strings play good. Response is good.The finish is dull, which doesn’t effect the tone.All in all, fine string.However, my 50 years of serious guitar playing, could not justify the cost.If money is no object, they are a good string.If your tight on a budget, you will not get the difference in cost, back, through performance. IMO.

Because they are made just like 1950's strings.
