Needed this 2.25" ID to 2.5" ID ADAPTER for the installation of a new Muffler and to correct a design flaw in the exhaust system of my Jeep.The Adapter fit perfect for my needs: the large end over a 2.5" OD (enforcement) pipe attached to the Muffler outlet and the small end of the Adapter inside the Tail Pipe. Adapter slid easy and smooth in place at both ends. Solid construction, quality Stainless Steel material, fine execution.Now, the only thing I need is to find a Butt-Joint Exhaust Clamp to fit over the larger end: 2-5/8" (2.625") = 66.68 mmThe 2.5" Clamps are too small and hard to install, the 2.75" Clamps are too large and remain loose even after the bolts are tightened with an impact wrench.

Excellent product for the price!!! Installed the Magnaflow super 44 on my 2012 F150 and I decided to install the resonator. By doing so I needed a 2.5” to 3” coupling. This product fits snug which made my welding job easier as it connected flushed on the pipe.

Good quality product. However billed and shipped me two of them. Size, inside/outside diameters just were notsatisfactory for my need. Seeking return shipping labels and credit for purchase. Welded nicely, painted well. Exact size. Too bad I found this exact part at Orileys for $3.49 after mine was installed.......

Adapter pipe worked well to put my resonator back in to the new after market exhaust system. Had to tone it down to be able to hear the tunes inside my truck.

tough to work with, material is very thin. suggest clamps over welding, or make sure you sleeve over existing exhaust.

This was a good fit! It joined two exhaust pipes together and once clamps were tightened, everything was good.

Good thickness. Fast shipping. Accurate size. Bought 2 to take my header collectors from 2.5 inch to 3 inch. Excellent product.
