Yes, use it on all my waterproofs including a leather stetson and my work boots. Use the spray does a better and more even cover.

If you have enough fluid and a big enough bucket. I used a spray and it worked well.

Is fabsil also u.v. proof?

It helps but I do my boat cover every 2 years and the stitching still deteriorates. It is out all year though but it doesn’t leak.

Will this seal concrete

No. Use sealers designed for brick and stone not this. Thomson water seal is a good start.
