Ace Coat
Looks great on, especially with a stetson. Should turn a few heads during my daily commute to the Big Smoke (as we cowpokes call London). Well made, good fit. Looks a bit shapeless until you use the waist-high draw string to pull in the waist a tad. Love the length, which should protect my trousers (I'm guessing, as we've had unseasonably good weather in the UK since I bought it). It might even be improved with a belt, if I can find one to match. Loose lining in the top half will protect clothes from the oil used to waterproof the coat. I suspect this is a garment that should age well.

Value for money
Previously had a similar product but made from a synthetic material. This is far superior in all respects. When worn with a gilet it is very warm and unlike my synthetic version does not seem to hold in your perspiration. Went for a walk in heavy rain wearing derry boots, hat and riding coat and was 100% dry.Highly recommend.

Good length for my 6ft frame
I origionaly bought this for my partner, unfortunately the arms were too long for her. However, her loss! this is a very well put together garment, the only niggle I have is the shoulder piece is not detachable, but this is a niggle. As per previous waxed garments I soaked the coat on the washing line ans the internals were absolutely bone dry, even where the stiching was through the outer, and in areas of creasing. Good length for my 6ft frame.

A good quality waxed long coat
A good quality waxed long coat. Great as a horse riding coat; but as I want it as a dog walking coat my suggestion is that it has two further lower press studs (which I am having fitted) to keep the hem closed - otherwise rainwater might run down the coat into the top of your wellingtons.

sturdy stud buttons
This heavy-duty raincoat is just what I required, for thanks to its stout seams, sturdy stud buttons, solid zips and deep secure pockets, this rugged accessory is designed to wage war against inclement weather. Moreover, the supplier is utterly reliable, even delivering well-ahead of schedule and above all, on a Sunday afternoon. Highly Commended.

Great coat Great price
Wanted a coat to walk the dog on rainy days. Tried a few on amazon at this price point and this one was best for me. 5'8" 38 chest and 32 waist. Went with the size small ( normally a medium ) and it fits well to snug. Length is just right, about 12" off the floor. Material is good and it is well waxed. Only gripe is the arms are a bit short but that may be because I went with a size small. I prefer that than being to long and in the way. Coat appears well made and the storm flap around neck and down the front looks effective. Bring on the rain .... Not !

A quality coat made in England
The first thing I noticed was the weight of this coat - it is heavy. This may be a downside for some but to me it speaks of the quality and durability of the fabric. This is not a quilted coat, so pleasant to wear in mild weather. I'm 6'2" and it comes about halfway down my calves which gives a little overlap with my wellies, effectively waterproofing my whole body when combined with a hat. I ordered a size too big so that I can wear thermal layers underneath and this also allows plenty of movement for outdoor tasks. This is a fantastic piece of kit for wet weather.

Just as advertised
Nice jacket and excellent customer service. Sizes are a bit on the large side compared with other coats I have bought so I had to return my XXL for a smaller size. No problem with the exchange.
