Since they aren’t absorbent, what would you advise instead? I’ve tried pantyliners, looking forward something larger but not real bulky??!!

After talking with our pediatrician she recommended the extra long thin maxi pads (no wings) and one to two teaspoons of benefiber daily and we have seen such a difference. No one can tell that our kiddo has on a pad and the cleanup (which is now next to nothing) is very easy-
