Boxes arrived in good shape. I enjoy the ease of preparing and similar taste to real rice. You do need to eat it soon after preparing or the product gets too soft and loses its rice flavor. Follow directions on the box and chew well to prevent choking.

Absolutely the best low carb rice out in the market. Best in taste, best in texture, best for the convenience and best for storage. If I could give it more stars I would! I have tried so many different kinds of low carb rice and nothing even comes close! One pack in the microwaveable bowl with a cup of water. Microwave 5min and sit for a few more. One pack is enough for couple of meals for me. I can’t even tell you just how much I love this product!

I have gestational diabetes so I am not allowed to eat regular rice though I miss it badly since it was a huge part of my diet before getting pregnant. Luckily, I found this here in amazon and it was the closest thing to a rice I have ever had and it taste just as good too. It is already my second time purchasing and I will purchase again soon. The only thing I can say is that it is quite pricey and it takes to arrive but it’s definitely a good substitute for rice.

This is great alternative to rice. I enjoyed eating it. It was recommended by my dietitian since I had some foods eliminated from my diet on my journey to healing. It’s amazing how this taste and feels like rice!

This is the absolute best rice substitute on the market. I pour a box in a microwave safe bowl, along with whatever seasonings I like and a cup of water, microwave it for 3 min and it’s done after I let it sit covered for 7 minutes. I rated it 3 stars only because the company has not updated the nutritional value on the rice. It used to be 75 cal a box and now, due to them using a different manufacturer, it’s 216 cal a box, which still isn’t bad but it used to be more of a lower calorie option. Please be aware of the nutritional value before purchasing. The rice does not need to be washed or cleaned and there’s absolutely no smell to it. I know it’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. This is absolutely one of the best products I’ve ever purchased on Amazon.

I love this product unfortunately the manufacturer can't keep it in stock.. seems so odd that someone could run their business so poorly, anyway this is a great product!

bought this conjac rice March 2025 calorie is 25 per 1/3 package and its been gone for months out of stock , came back few months after i bought 4 boxes cause im satisfied. Reading the boxes thoroughly and its showing 36 calories per 1/6 package . wrong information on details ! i want my money back

Love these. Great taste as there isn’t much of a flavour. Quick, easy , goes with any sauce or dish you want to add to it.

Ok, firstly I'd like to day that this tastes exactly like rice. And now I'm very dubious as to the "low carbness" of this product. It's like maybe 10% konjac and 90% rice flour blend. I think I'd be very careful eating this if I'm on keto.

It really does taste like rice. So, I was optimistic that I could have a low carb option that would allow me to eat rice again. Shirataki rice is extemely low in carbs and high in fibre. Sounds perfect. Except that - for whatever reason - it spiked my blood glucose levels more than Basmati rice. I’ve only heard of one other person that had the same experience, so your mileage may vary. It tastes great and I’d eat if I could, but don’t let my reaction dissuade you. If you’re looking for a lower carb rice option, I would still recommend trying this. I would even be willing to try it again under more controlled testing.

Love this , no it’s not rice but it’s close. Would recommend if it if you are on a low carb diet or diabetic.
