Absolutely the best low carb rice out in the market. Best in taste, best in texture, best for the convenience and best for storage. If I could give it more stars I would! I have tried so many different kinds of low carb rice and nothing even comes close! One pack in the microwaveable bowl with a cup of water. Microwave 5min and sit for a few more. One pack is enough for couple of meals for me. I can’t even tell you just how much I love this product!

This is great alternative to rice. I enjoyed eating it. It was recommended by my dietitian since I had some foods eliminated from my diet on my journey to healing. It’s amazing how this taste and feels like rice!

I have gestational diabetes so I am not allowed to eat regular rice though I miss it badly since it was a huge part of my diet before getting pregnant. Luckily, I found this here in amazon and it was the closest thing to a rice I have ever had and it taste just as good too. It is already my second time purchasing and I will purchase again soon. The only thing I can say is that it is quite pricey and it takes to arrive but it’s definitely a good substitute for rice.

Boxes arrived in good shape. I enjoy the ease of preparing and similar taste to real rice. You do need to eat it soon after preparing or the product gets too soft and loses its rice flavor. Follow directions on the box and chew well to prevent choking.

The box is SUPER SMALL. It’s like a 1 portion serving which is steep for the price. The texture is extremely off-putting. It’s soggy, slippery, and does NOT cook like regular rice. It has a weird after-taste and sent me to the bathroom like nobody’s business! Overall I’d rate this a pretty poor quality product and isn’t worth the low carb label. If you want something truly low carb, mix your regular (brown is best) rice with lentils. A 1:1 ratio. It will raise the protein value and keep you full longer. Not to mention it tastes amazing!

This is the absolute best rice substitute on the market. I pour a box in a microwave safe bowl, along with whatever seasonings I like and a cup of water, microwave it for 3 min and it’s done after I let it sit covered for 7 minutes. I rated it 3 stars only because the company has not updated the nutritional value on the rice. It used to be 75 cal a box and now, due to them using a different manufacturer, it’s 216 cal a box, which still isn’t bad but it used to be more of a lower calorie option. Please be aware of the nutritional value before purchasing. The rice does not need to be washed or cleaned and there’s absolutely no smell to it. I know it’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. This is absolutely one of the best products I’ve ever purchased on Amazon.

I love this product unfortunately the manufacturer can't keep it in stock.. seems so odd that someone could run their business so poorly, anyway this is a great product!

Love this but never in stock

This product looks and tastes like real rice. I have had it in rice dishes as well as on its own. It only has 25 calories per serving, cooks like real rice and is very filling. Try it in any Chinese food recipe and you'll find it to be a very good product. It comes in 2 was pre cooked and dry. I have tried both ways but I prefer the dry it's more like real rice although the pre cooked has fewer calories, the dry has better flavor and a nicer texture. Although the price is extremely expensive and not really in my budget it's the one food I splurge on. I would recommend that Liviva try to lower the price by at least 10% to increase their market share.

I initially thought this product was highly deceitful because I believed the content of a pack was little... with 48g of carbs per pack (6 portions × 8). However, I took a second look and realized each pack (1 portion) contains 8g of carbs. I sautéed one pack of rice in little olive oil, onions, and habanero pepper before adding water and microwaving. Not only was the texture like basmati rice, it was delicious and filling. I will definitely be ordering more; I love it!

We love this low carb rice. It is a bit expensive but well worth the price. If you want really sticky rice look no further. I add a teaspoon of butter ( or oil, whatever is handy) to ¾ cup boiling water and full package for tasty rice. This is a GAME CHANGER for those watching sugar/carb intake. We buy this in bulk regularly....Great product!
