The looks and presentation is very cute, although I feel that the hight of the flowers should not be included in the measurement. It gives the impression that the vessel is 16 inches high, plus the height of the flowers. That was disappointing to me.

***UPDATE 2/19/24: The second fountain shipped to me now has a leak as well where the cheap ass seal is around the glass. So beyond frustrated with this. 11/16/23: Upon messaging the seller, they were quick to respond and handle the situation. They sent my replacement. It looks a little less prestine than the first to be honest, but it works great! They may have forgotten the tree part, but I was able to take the one off the defective previous fountain. So now it's complete. :) 11/8/23: I literally just set this fountain up on my desk and then immediately had a lake of leaking water on my desk. This is not okay. This is something that should be tested before shipment. I now have fish arriving in the mail today and nothing to put them in. I'm pissed. 11/13/23: And then on top of that, it takes them forever just to send a replacement because they don't tell you upfront that you have to return the product before they can ship the replacement. That's not usually how Amazon returns work. Products are supposed to be sent in good faith that the damaged product gets returned by the return date. This is absurd.

This product had arrived faster than I expected but its hard to fit in the pump its a little but confusing without a manual but overall its a good product!

Works great and creates a soothing atmosphere. Splashes a little so I recommend putting a small towel under the fountain. I also removed the lights because they tacky looking.

Nice little water feature if used without the fog atomizer. The atomizer is a very cool feature but I can't keep it from spitting mist/water no matter how much I adjust the water level. Solution anyone? As I write this review I'd probably have not purchased due to the price. And because of the spitting water and secondly very disappointed in the plastic plants; they are pretty cheap looking. But if you can get past the negatives it is just okay.

very beautiful desktop fountain. The only trouble when I assemble is hard to put the pump inside the fountain. But after a few trials I did put the pump in.

Really good quality but can be a little difficult to install the pump and feed wires through but so worth it!!! 😁

It was nice for 2 days than the mist stopped working. Very disappointed
