I bought these as an alternative, and use them for pain swimming. They're just hard plastic, I'm pretty sure if you threw one at somebody, it could definitely be used as a weapon. They're pretty small and portable, and sometimes when I do use them for massaging they're honestly perfect and effective.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this for trying to heal my plantar fasciitis. For some reason I got a heavy duty relapse in my right foot. This spiky ball is excellent. As part of treatment, makes the bottom of my arch feel great. Don’t roll the heel too much tho. The pain is in the heel, but the issue is the underside of the arch. Wearing gym shoes on the tile floor at all times now, stretching, hand massaging, rolling frozen water bottle from heel to toe. Plus the smaller spiky ball.I didn’t want the larger blue spiky ball, but my partner is using it for his shoulder and loves it. Stands and rolls it between the wall and his shoulder. Says it’s like tenderized beef.
