King ColorCore Plastic Sheet 3/4" x 24" x 36" Green-White-Green Color Core, HDPE Board, High Density Polyethylene Panel

While utilizing the black/red HDPE panel, I was able to fabricate top notch replacement covers for various positions around my bass boat. As you can see in the pictures, it’s easy to cut, drill and shape. When you cut through all layers of the panel, the bright red color disappears. However, if you put the panel in a vise and use a single edge razor blade, you can drag the cutting edge down the red side of the multilayered panel and brig the color back to life. Very pleased with the outcome!

I liked being able to engrave the switches and gauges directly. It won't fade or stickers won't fall off. Looks great. Will post photos when installed.

We were putting new signage in our retail store. It was going to cost over $1100 so I bought a sheet of this, and threw it on my cnc. Worked great at a quarter of the cost.

This stuff is great for fabrication including sign making. Machines like butter. A little pricey though.

I use King Color Core for CNC projects. It cuts well, particularly for signs.

Follow instructions cut just below the outer layer to the white. Looks great

I needed a good product that could withstand UV rays to make a trim plate for a smaller outdoor RV shower. Cuts easily with woodworking tools (ie. Circular saw and jig saw). Time will tell but I’m happy with the outcome.
