Jansite Swim Buoy 28L with Dry Bag and Waterproof Phone Case, Open Water Inflatable Swim Bubble Float for Swimmers, Triathletes, Snorkelers, and Safe Swim

I ordered this item at the end of last year and used it a handful of time. Since the beginning the float would not stay fully inflated for the duration of my swim, but I didn't think much of it as I thought perhaps I didn't inflate it as fully as I could have. However, was getting gradually worse and no matter how much I'd inflate it, the float would start getting soft in less than a minute. Now the float starts deflating a couple of seconds after being inflated. I can't find a hole or break in the seal anywyere, but assume it's poorly made and there is a break in the seal somewhere. The seller has no option for returning faulty goods, there is no phone number or email address to complain and ask for a refund or a replacement and the company is based the UK. I cannot recommend this product and based on my personal experience, would not trust this brand.I didn't want to give it any stars, but unless I selected at least one, I wouldn't be able to submit the review.

The tow float itself seems fine so far, but the phone case is awful. The first time I used the phone case with my iPhone i noticed water in it after about 3 mins so had to get out rather sharpish to empty it and find somewhere to stash my phone.Next time, to test it I put a piece of loo roll in it. After about 20 minutes I noticed I still had the strap, but the case was nowhere to be seen. I’m so glad it didn’t have my phone in it, but equally annoyed that the case is now somewhere at the bottom of the sea. Sorry ocean ☹️

Love this! Great value. Easy to inflate. Enough storage space for my small towel, car key, phone. Phone case also works and keeps my phone dry. Highly recommend this brand.

Works perfectly and built in dry bag is genius. Can swim from A to B and still have shoes to walk home in. And free phone case let’s me Strava my swims. Best Father’s Day gift I’ve ever had!However - after 6 months if you inflate fully the seam can't take the pressure and it splits. I've repaired once but happened again.
