We like this one, easy to use, just crank it all the way to the top, put it on tight, and charge it at the end of the day. Seems to be holding up reasonably well after a few months, and if it does not, we'll simply buy another. Would have appreciated a longer spike option though, longhair and all. We have a 60lb freakishly large purebred border collie and this is the only collar so far that ever curbed his maniac barking. He barks at birds, squirrels, neighbors a block away, airplanes, sometimes I think he barks at himself. Forget about dog comfort when you're dealing with that, you want something that delivers a shock. What is missing with the entire shock collar industry is clear descriptions of the volume of shock and recommended size of dog. This one size fits all and humane approach is a waste of many consumers time. Round this house we don't just want the max shock, we need it. They learn quickly so they don't like get shocked all day long, just when they misbehave. As time passes, the barking curbs slowly. We like the ease of use with this collar and had literally ordered and gave away like a few other ones before we found this one. Best so far. However, would like one which does not give as many warnings, we want one warning, then full shock delivery. The dogs learn so quickly, all these humane shocking approaches with warning, the dog learns he can bark a little bit which is still derailing the basic training of you need to stop being so dang aggressive in the first place and do not bark at all. What happened to the old models that took aa batteries and did not give any warnings? That's what we really wanted but could not find any.

I bought this item because for months I have had my neighbors dog who is about two years old and is a mixed hound dog bark incessantly. She was at wits end and we were losing sleep. It was creating a real dilemma and some animosity between us. She’s on the limited income and I felt like maybe this would help. I gave it to her not knowing if she would be upset by the gift or if she would take it gracefully and use it. She took it and was extremely grateful that I thought enough to do that. With the option for a vibration or shock It could be her choice how she decided to use it. She came back to my door about an hour and a half later. She put it on the dog and it was miraculous. It obviously shock the dog when she used that setting but the dog learned very quickly that barking which calls the shock and stopped. It was the first time she said that her kids can play outside and the dog did not bark. It was like a different dog. I am so grateful I’m going to be able to sleep tonight and we have peace back in the neighborhood. So many of these devices have reviews for other products or false reviews. This is a actual review from a real customer that had hope but low expectation and was extremely satisfied. Thank you for supplying a product that has made a positive difference.

My yard is surrounded by yards with dogs. Having two hound breeds myself, the noise level when letting them out can rise to epic levels. These collars are fantastic. I tried the style that only vibrates, my dogs acclimated to that quickly. I started low on these, only increasing intensity when they seemed to feel the result of the collar was justified for the barking. Now I leave it at one spot about midway in the red and they are good. The Catahoula has figured out she can get one good bark in before the punishment ramps up and that there is a gap to reset that effect. The beagle mix doesn’t chance it. It does not seem to pick up on other dogs’ barking, as they will still run to ajoined fence with the neighbor’s dog barking its head off. I will say my beagle mix was initially afraid to do pretty much anything after her first zap, but got over it quickly. I only use the collars outside, and my dogs are inside dogs. The only time I’ve used it indoors is when we’ve been having work done outside due to my dogs’ need to incessantly let the workers know of their presence. The charge lasts a long time, well over a week, especially at the frequency my dogs ‘don’t’ make it go off. The water resistance has been good, sending them out in occasional rain as necessary hasn’t been an issue.

Ordered 2 of these collars and they are great! You can choose to set on vibrate or shock and at different levels. The charge on these collars is also a great because they last for a week! I had problems with 1 of the collars and contacted Mulberry directly and they took care of sending a replacement quickly and hastle free. After all, not every product that comes off the line is 100% guaronteed to work as planned. If I were to find this product cheaper somewhere else I would still buy it from this company simply because of the service they provide.Update: these products don't last very long. They stopped working about a month later. Customer service was still great but the products are not good at all.

I got one for each of my two very vocal GSDs. I will say they were effective while they lasted but in less than 6 months one has lost its vibrate function and the other won’t hold a charge.Will be looking for another brand that has more longevity.UPDATE: customer service reached out and offered to send me 2 new collars. They said the new ones are upgraded and smaller in size. They did arrive very promptly and the collar is slimmer, though the actual electronic looks to be the same. They are working so far. Will update again if they stop working or I experience any issues. Added stars for prompt and helpful customer service.

Update: they offered me a free replacement and sent it within days. I am thankful for their commitment to their product. It is working for now. It does not really stop my dog from barking but it does get him quiet sooner than without it. I will change my review once it has been a few months and they can prove it works longer than a few weeks.It worked well for a few weeks. Then it got less effective. After 2 months it doesn't work at all. Something's wrong with the button. So frustrated I spent money on yet another bark collar that is worthless.
