My experience using this for the past six months is that it is the first device I have tried which helps me breathe freely at night, allowing me to keep my mouth closed and therefore stop snoring. It doesn't always stay in place all night, and it can be a little uncomfortable fitting it, but overall it is very effective. (I've also tried the regular version, which is more comfortable to wear, but is less likely to stay in place all night.)

Works fairly well when in place however I struggled to have it remain in place for any length of time. For of course is subjective so I would say it’s worth giving it a try.

Used these before but lost them different brand but ordered these as alternative and works brilliant they open up the airways would definitely recommend

Do not recommend this product. Clamped my nose tightly and caused pain. I made to get the correct size but this didn’t make a difference. Uncomfortable in the nose as well as underneath where it holds outside of the nose. Stick to strips across the bridge for more comfort

Very good for opening the nasal passages for better breathing.

Found out a couple months ago I had chronic sinusitis annd a deviated septum and have been on a bunch of steroid sprays since. Even the maximum strength a GP is allowed to prescribe and nothing has helped me at all so I figured I’d try these out. For the first night it worked like a treat, however after the prolonged use the plastic had softened to the shape of my nose usually is so now is rendered useless. Don’t buy this, but for £10 I wasn’t too mad about the lost money.

Aufgrund mehrere Bewerungen habe ich die Größe (M) bestellt weil ich Angst hatte dass es nichts bring. Dennoch stellte es sich heraus dass für eine normale Nase wie meiner (S) völlig in Ordnung ist. (M) passt auch aber ist unbequem. Sonnst klappt alles super. Ich würde dennoch empfehlen zum HNO Arzt zu gehen und eine medizinische Lösung zu finden. Mir wurde eine Maske empfohlen die man im Schlaf trägt, Alternativ dazu eine OP aber mal gucken.

At two years old, I had a stoneware plate dropped on my nose. I've dealt with the inability to get a constant flow of air through my nose for my entire life, from childhood. It's all I've known. I'm also a long-distance runner (half marathons and the occasional marathon) and have been doing so with an obstructed airway for well over 20 years. As I've been getting more serious about my training, I decided to try these out. I was extremely skeptical, and these are kind of expensive -- especially for only one in the package. I opened it up and questioned how it could possibly work. I was convinced it wouldn't help much and might even impede my airway. I moistened the dilator as instructed and got it positioned in a mirror (took about 30 seconds). It slid right in! Felt a little weird, but I got used to it quickly. It was super easy to get it positioned, and once there, it held nicely. Even coming off of a flu, I could immediately feel a subjective difference. This was the first time I've ever been able to breathe in through my nose FULLY when running at a moderate pace. It was literally a feeling I've never known before -- and it was amazing. I'm not joking when I say that my Garmin told me my performance was +3 that day -- and it was -1 the day before. It was that much of a difference in my comfort. I also found it was helping me breathe more consistently and slowly while running, so I just felt better. Will it translate to better times? Who knows. But it absolutely works for its intended purpose. I don't want to go back to running without this thing now.

El paquete correcto. Fàcil de poner. Debería ser de color y no tramsparente porque te cae y no se encuentra rápidamente. Efectividad para ronquidos no es del 100%. Te ayuda a respirar mejor. No lo he probado para deporte.
