My hubby and I have been having this every morning for the last 2 months and have just stocked up with 3 pack supply. It’s not to everyone’s taste but we both love it. Personally we don’t like anything too sweet as we don’t take sugar. I can honestly say I am super impressed by the fact that it works. The scales are going down for both of us. We sorry and eat healthy most of the time and I also workout 5/6 dats a week. My hubby has health issues and has found this super helpful for helping with his weight. He is 60 and I’m almost 58. I am also menopausal so struggling with weight but this tea is actually doing a great job. We will continue drinking every day. Definitely recommend trying it

I took this two years ago and lost a stone in weight I've managed to keep it off now I want to loose more as I'm now doing ti.chi so I'm hoping this will help..not only that I want to not.be diabetic anymore so let's see will review again in two months. and will be honest..

Just about to order my third bag. Does it work? Well i have lost 1/2 stone but I am having a cup of this tea instead of breakfast. This means I am cutting calories and doing a 14 to 16 hours fast every day. So think the tea on its own wouldn't do it but if you combine it with other efforts it will aid you to lose weight. Thought it tasted like polish but have got used to it.

As for the effect — it definitely works, but in a gentle and comfortable way. It started to take effect in about an hour, without any harsh or unpleasant sensations. More of a mild digestive support than anything aggressive. If you’re looking for a tea that helps with digestion and keeps things moving without being too strong, this is a good option. Good tea, does have a strange smell when brewing. Tastes great hot or cold. I have lost about 1/2 lb a day since starting a one month test. Does not upset my stomach and is a great morning pick me up. All natural ingredients with green tea. Win /win
