Rose seeds that anyone can grow if you follow directions!
I am so excited to see what colors I get because these seeds are not individually wrapped for a person to choose which ones to start the germination of but that’s fine because I love being surprised! I’m super excited that they just started popping through the soil in the starter tray and I did add coconut soil and rose food in very tiny amounts (for the food only) in each little pod so that they have a chance to be fed as the roots are taking shape in the coconut soils. I will be planting the pods outside once Minnesota is past the last freeze (a week or so more before that happens) but I will have them in movable pots so in the winter they can keep growing indoors away from the cold which I’m even more excited for so that my home will smell lovely all year round! I deadhead my roses as the bloom dies so that others can open. These are so easy to care for and that’ll be easy for any new gardener. The amount of honey bees these will attract will be amazing so that they can make honey and cross pollinate the next plant. I can’t wait to see the cross breeding that’ll happen! Each year will be new and exciting to see bloom.

Zero germination
About to be a month of good weather with zero germination. Also seeds received doesn’t look like the pictures everyone else was posting.

Large amount of seeds.
So I didn't even know you could start roses from seed. I've never seen it done but I am feeling lucky. All the seeds I got so far this summer have sprouted and it is so exciting to see stuff growing that I planted! So they have a bunch of gorgeous flower pictures for these roses, I don't know how accurate they will be, but I am super hopeful that somehow it will work out. I put several seeds into a large pot that gets direct sun for the later part of the day and sort of dappled shade for the morning, so not exactly ideal, but it is the best I can do for now. I used some fertilizer with worm castings, whatever that means, I'm a gardening noob. The bag these seeds arrived in is unlabeled and kind of small. They look like dried currants, not rose seeds, but then again, I don't think Ive ever seen rose seeds. There are a lot of seeds and I planted six of them. If just a couple sprout I will be pretty happy. I saw a lot of people disparaging growing roses from seed, something about how they are mutants or something. I don't know enough about roses to have an opinion on this. I just want some flowers.

Doesn't look like rose
The seeds are not cleaned (still with the flesh), and doesn't look like rose seeds to me. Besides, there is an older label on the bag. Will try to see if I can get any sprout to tell the spices.
