I got this body gel mostly for my wife, but have to say that I started using it myself. It isn’t limited for use by women only, so even men can use it. Definitely works and skin feels better, clearer, and less bumpy. I’m personally allergic and have some bumpy places on my arms because of that - more when going for products which I shouldn’t use, like certain foods, or if I use something different body wash products - depends on their ingredients. But I noticed no issues with this gel. I really like that. My wife was the one who suggested I try it as she’s noticed that it’s been helping her too. It may be a pricey product if you compare it with the regular price of basic shower gels, but I feel it’s worthy, especially if you have some skin problems, or if you’re allergic. Of course it isn’t anything magic - so don’t expect results after one wash. What I noticed was after a few uses and the change in skin was noticeable for me and my wife.

This is a great bodywash if you are prone to back acne. I am in that camp, and I ordered this to try to sort it out since my usual bodywash wasn't cutting it. This idefinitely helps. I apply this by squirting it into a long net sponge that I then extend across my back and use as a scrubber. The shower gel has little exfoliating crystals that help with scrubbing off dead skin and oil, and it works up to a really nice lather that feels thicker than a normal shower gel, almost like a foam. The smell is linen-y and clean smelling, not floral - its very unisex. After using this my skin feels squeaky clean and I don't have the little clusters of pimples in the middle of my back like I sometimes have. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't bother me at all. I think the current price of £21.99 is a bit pricey compared with others, hence 4 stars.

It was the BHA antiseptic ingredient, of 1% salicylic acid that caught my attention, when I was looking at this shower gel, by Be Bodywise, and I'm so glad I requested it. The container, with pump dispenser, bears no "grab me" tempting labels, looking almost clinical, obviously the need to lure people in, with pretty images, isn't necessary. A very small amount is needed, the gel lathers up generously, and covers a wide area of your body. The scent is really pleasant, but not overpowering, reminding me of subtle wild roses. The solution is soft, and creamy, but you can also feel dust like particles in it, which are very effective in exfoliating dead skin cells. For myself, I suffer from prickly heat, whereby, the best procedure, to combatting this issue, is to have clear, unblocked pores. Although the bodywash description focuses on the advantages for acne prone skin, it deserves to be recognised for it's all round benefits for other skin issues, or no problems at all, just normal types. The quality of the effects it is having on my skin, outshine many products I have previously tried, and failed to be impressed with. You do feel squeaky clean, but in a gentle way, without the harshness, as your body feels very soft after using. Okay, so slightly high in price (just under twenty five pounds) but, for the rewarding results, I feel this product to be good value for money and highly recommend it. Provided on a promotional basis, not sold to me.

My wife has an oily mediterranean skin type and so needs a good body wash to keep herself feeling good. She's also very sensitive "down there" so has to be quite careful with the products she uses. We were initially a little concerned about the price but a little of this product goes a long way. She feels that if you have drier skin it might be a bit much, but for medium to very oily skin types this is a great body and face wash; she likes products with salicylic acid in them, and this has a perfect amount for her. It left her skin feeling refreshed and toned, as well as cleansed. It has a gentle exfoliating action and a creamy feel, too. If you don't particularly suffer from acne or blocked pores this is still a great product for "every other day" bodycare, which will make the bottle go further still. All in all a great product, and its effectiveness gives it a high value for money score. Recommended.

This is a lovely exfoliating body wash shower gel from Be Bodywise, it has a lovely fresh fragrance and lathers up really well into cleansing foam. You only need a little of this to get the expected results so this 375ml bottle should last a good while, I squirt a small amount of the gel onto a natural sponge so it’ll go even further. The gentle exfoliating properties leaves your skin feeling soft whilst the other ingredients leave your skin hydrated. Happy to recommend.
