Better Than I initially thought!
I have come to change my mind regarding this unit. The negative is that it does not entirely replace a toothbrush in the morning however it is an excellent and effortless addition! I have a difficult time getting to the lingual aspect of my teeth - or the inner side near my tongue. This really helps! I have decided I prefer to use this before the electric toothbrush, for the smoothest result. The combination is really fabulous. I use the polish setting and after both, my teeth feel super smooth as though I just came back from a professional cleaning. My teeth appear slightly brighter as well. It polishes the upper and lower simultaneously and is small enough that I can comfortably get it into my small mouth. For best results, I vary the vibration movement by slightly moving it side to side and up and down, as well as leaving it stationary. I definitely recommend this product.

Not effective at cleaning at all.
Item is near useless for cleaning teeth.

It’s good for after you already brush teeth
Not as strong as I expected-so I brush first then use this with foam paste-my gums seem to be stronger only after a week -very little bleeding now-last thing if you go over the 2 minutes you start to gage on the paste

Vibration is useless
Nothing to do with vibration, battery level is fine, just bought it for elder person.

Better than expected
This u shaped toothbrush turned out to be much better quality than expected. It functions well and cleans 360 degrees, cleaning both upper and lower at the same time. Strong vibration and a long lasting battery makes this a good value.

Wouldn’t recommend
Better off with just the silicone part brushing my teeth, the vibration doesn’t do anything.
