REV-A-SHELF Mixer/Appliance Lifting System for Base Cabinets

I absolutely love having this for my Kitchenaid mixer. I hate having things out on the counter so this really was a bit of a splurge for myself to save myself some sanity. Husband had to do some finagling to install but was done within an hour-ish I think. Has nice soft close, which is a MUST in my large household. Shouldve bought it sooner!

Makes lifting mixer a breeze

I purchased two of these units from JIS Inc. I installed the first one and then noticed when I opened the second box that the first unit didn’t have the soft close mechanism. I uninstalled it and sent them a message that they had sent me the wrong part so they would know when they receive this one. I shipped ups and got a message back from them that they needed a photograph which I could not provide. They charged 100% restocking fee because it was “damaged” They claim it was the correct part and that they have a photograph of it, but they won’t send it to me. I’m trying to get Amazon to do something, but no luck yet. I was charged $318 for $168 unit and they kept all of my money. Don’t do business with these people. They are either dishonest or incompetent or both. They claim I am a mistaken, I built my own house. I know how machines work.

My husband installed this product and had no issues. KitchenAids are very heavy and I have limited counter space. This shelf was perfect. Easily opens up and closes. I actually use this item more because of the convenience.

Bushings and hydraulic dampeners make this a quality product.
