I used it to make my pond on roof water proof. Just mix cement with this milky liquid and prepare a paste of cement and apply it on any concrete surface like roof, wall etc. It really acts as magic and seals the pores, cracks etc. very well. It is very low cost method of sealing compared to other costly items for sealing.
