Probiotic good mix
NMD recommended this as I have been on many medications, including antibiotics and couple years of antifungals due to mold toxicity. My micro-biome test showed negligible levels of these beneficial “good bugs”, so I was in need of these specific strains and it’s hard to find probiotics with right mix for you. I mix this probiotic with Sacchromyces Boulardii and now take daily. I had to work myself up to full dose, but after 90 days of full dose and con’t use finally see positive results. Having ME/CFS, FIBRO, MCAS, POTS, etc dysautonomia diagnoses, MOLD can be the one main cause, and after taking needed long-term anti-fungals and anti-biotics- probiotics are needed to rebuild and/or prevent further micro biome damage.

Great results
These seem very effective. I notice a difference in my digestion really quickly, and for some people it could make your digestion over active. I’ve found doing every other day or a few times a week affective without being too much.
