Very nice master link
These fit the chain on my 6-speed cassette derailleur chain perfectly. So far they have held up with zero problems. It is a beautiful thing to not have to worry about the chain coming apart. One happy biker here.

Early, but so far so good.
It worked day one! I have a1994 Trek 8000 aluminum mountain bike I bought new. In 2019, I bought here a Shimano 6/7/8-speed HG71 chain and installed it with a nice Park tool. Two weeks ago, exercising my Lab in the woods at a Mass WMA(wildlife management area), said chain broke. Not sure why. A longtime avid biker I just met at the same place alluded to stretching, my size and terrain. Anyways, i am suspicious. I bought these since the Shimano pins cost $20- the same as what I paid for their chain in 2019. These were worth a shot at $8 for 8 of them. Use needle nose and regular pliers to lock in. Have a nice tool like the Park pictured to undo the current lugs. Too bad it’s really hard to push back the genuine pins you end up taking out, and not have to nickel and dime and worry about this crap. These are difficult at first if you need to redo and take apart. Chain work isn’t super hard, but it isn’t super easy either. The can of Wd-40. There was so much left that after the pressure spent and ran out, I wanted to use it to clean the gear set and chain. Does anyone remember thinking as a kid that puncturing a propellant can would explode like a grenade and take your head off with shrapnel?? It didn’t. Just upright it in a vise if it has fluid and puncture with drill bit. Then cut off top with a Rigid jobmax drywall saw blade or similar.

No tools necessary
I recently broke a chain on my mountain bike and was quickly able to install these links without any tools. They will not come off once you install them.

I don't know
It seems good. It's for a chain break, which hasn't happened to me yet, but it seems like it would work if it did.Fits in my bike tool kit very well.

Did the job
Every time I buy a kmc chain the box is cracked and it's missing one quick link. I wonder if this is where they ended up lol.

Useful
Needed it to fix my chain after changing the front derailer. It works as it should & it is very sturdy.

Does not fit 7 speed chain
Too narrow for 7 speed chain....does not fit as advertised.

BUYER BEWARE - These DO NOT PROPERLY FIT 9-speed CHAIN
After almost an hour trying to get these to link together in a very well equipped shop, I finally just gave up. The machining on the units I received just isn't right, and makes it impossible for the pin to slide from the insertion hole into the locking hole.DO NOT BUY THESE LINKS. Spend the money for the proper ones from a reputable manufacturer.

They look well made.
Unfortunately, they didn't fit my chain. I didn't know know there were so many different sizes, so, my fault.
