Not a great camera you get what you pay for, can't turn off night vision, very hard to set up as the rest button you need to press for setting it up is under the movable head and you can't move the head untill you set it up, I just unplugged and plugged it back in and it managed to fine the setup sound from my tablet while it was rebooting which was lucky, after set it worked ok but nothing to write home about, the sound well I can't comment on that as the mic doesn't seam to work, another thing hidden under to moving head is the SD card slot, which is yet another bad placement. I would buy from a good brand no for the cheap ones you find as like I said you get what you pay for. I buy a lot of things just to test and give honest reviews.

Love this item it works great. You can spy on your baby and keep your house safe at same time. I have this install in my kitchen. I watch everything on my phone and keep eye on everything the image qoulity is amazing. Loved it

If you want to use this camera on anything other than the providers app, then dont bother, and to clarify the app is useless and too basic (for Windows 10) unless using permanently on phone, which is a better user interface. You will struggle to find the port it connects to, struggle to find the name of the camera (IPC365 incidentally) and basically waste hours...If at all like me. My camera also cut off every few seconds when at home, which is a bit pointless and hardly provides the security it is designed to provide!
