Nice product so far
like it a lot so far but only had it for less then a week and I love the light up keyboard!! I had bought a less expensive one but I could hardly see the keyboard especially at night. The screen is very nice and clear also and it seems to hold a charge well. Update. Taking away one star due to the fact that the fingerprint reader is a separate item. Dont care for that. My son has an envy and the reader is built into the laptop and i was expecting that . Bummer update: I was checking about how to add the fingerprint reader and I saw that it has face ID! so I followed the directions and viaola, it worked. Love that except since I added it, it doesn't always work..bummer.. must have to do with the lighting, so then I use the pin. (so should it be 4 or 5 stars? not sure haha update still love it but it does not hold a charge as long as I previously thought. bummer

Portable, versatile and clean design
The most portable PC i have bought so far, have power, i run red dead redemption 2 in stable 60fps. Good battery, 7 hours of intense work from 100% to 5%. My only complaint it's about the article, they said it brings the pencil, but no, i never received a pencil.

It will break, HP will blame it on you
HP is knowingly selling defective products. Do yourself a favor and spend 5 minutes looking up broken hinges regarding their Envy 360 laptops. Your hinge will break within 1 - 2 years, it will break your screen, and HP's outsourced support "Vasantha Lakshmi" will say it's customer-induced and refuse to fix the problem. By "customer induced" they mean you opened and closed the computer. My computer was used very occasionally and broke just after the warranty period. I am a Graphic Designer, I know how to treat my equipment as my income depends on it. Therare multiple class action lawsuits pending over this issue and HP seems to have no intention of correcting the issue. I personally will never buy an HP product again and I suggest you avoid them at all costs. Just get a MAC.
