It does work.
I read the horror stories about this product, I did was advised, to remove as many as you can before treatment. It was only a 7 gallon tank and it had hundreds in there. I spent 4 days, 1 hrs per day siphoning the ones I could see out. Then dosed 4 drops, waited for 15 mins then saw some that I didn't find first time dying maybe 20. No water change on the tank was needed, I just ran carbon to remove the toxins from the dead flat worms. A week later I saw a couple more then done a second dose. I'm still free of flatworms a month later.

Be very careful
This certainly does kill flatworms but it will be detrimental to fish, after 45 minutes I began filtering through carbon and added a polyfilter, all the fish hid away, the following day my lipstick tang went blind it’s eyes turned white and it’s pectoral fins rotted away, other tangs and my 2 swallow tailed angels fins went the same way, I carried out a massive water change, I lost the lipstick tang.It took a good 2 weeks for the fish to come out again and feed, the fins are now nearly normal. I believe it’s the massive amount of toxins the flatworms produce when they die.

This product did kill most of the flatworm, but after using it quite a few times, I still had a few in the tank, so bought a wrasse, who finished the job

No effect on flatworm in my tank.
I've run two cycles of treatment now and the flatworm are cheerfully wandering around the tank much as before. No active carbon, no uv, dosage as directed. Definately flatworm (triangle head, white body, 5mm and less). I can only think I've been sent a bad batch. Disappointing as it's not cheap.

It works
Worked very well, had to do 2 applications but I had a serious infestation. Follow the recommendations and have carbon to hand!

All dead in under 30 mins
Brilliant stuff! I'd highly recommend it.Killed off the flatworm in my tank in under 30 minutes and very satisfying to watch the little parasites dieing too.

Don’t buy
Killed my sps and fish lost £500 of live stock after following all the guide lines basically paid £25 to kill my tank and found out today this is banned to sell in uk shops because of what it does
