Compatible for Boat Alpha, Bravo, Omc Gimbal Bearing Puller/Remover

This is a great time saving tool. I have done many gimbal bearings using some creative methods for removal and finally got tired of screwing around. Primarily an auto mechanic but also do marine work so broke down and bought this after lining up multiple jobs and having to change the bearing in my own boat. Was really impressed with the tool and the fact its 100% American made. Worked well on the 3 bearings I changed with it the day it showed up. To the guys who wrote bad reviews about the threads stripping and binding.... if you aren't smart enough to lubricate the threads on a pulling or pushing tool you should probably not be doing the job to begin with. Just saying.

It is similar to another style i have used. I like the way this the blind bearing puller works better than the other style. If need to remove from bearing before bearing is pulled out, it's easier to release.Have used it 3 times now for stuck gimbal bearings. The last one was salt water corroded. I'm sure i will find one that it won't work on but i hope i retire first.

I would love to give 5 stars if they built me “Hex” end. So I can use box wrench to move the shaft!!! That’s easier!!

I give this item a 5 stars because my husband was very satisfied on the result of it. He say that it took him no more than 15 minutes to get the gimbal out. Guess he lived the tools.

As a 35 year career boat mechanic I have seen my share of gimbal bearing pullers! This puller in one of the best designed I have come across! I have pulled half a dozen bearings so far and this tool works great!

I worked for three days trying to get an 22 year old gimbal bearing out and ended up ordering this as a last result. Five minutes is all it took this tools to pull it out with zero issues
