No. It is a very good ubiquinol using only KanekaQH but if you want a water soluble ubiquinol using KanekaQH, you'll have to take a look a QuinoGel® -- the first and ONLY water soluble Ubiquinol Coq10.

Is this product 3rd party certified

However, if you don't need ubiquinol, we do have H2Q™ Coenzyme Q10 available which is an Advanced Bioavailability Water Miscible CoQ10 that uses pure Hydro-Q-Sorb® CoQ10 – a Bioenhanced Coenzyme CoQ10, (Patent Number 6,861,447), – for enhanced dissolution and easier absorption. H2Q is available in capsule and powder form. The powder form is still bio-enhanced and is the purest formulation of CoQ10 available.

The description states that it IS gluten free, though it is not vegan as it contains gelatin which comes from animals.
