We had 5missing pieces when done how do you get replacement pieces?

If it was me I would let Amazon know, and maybe they can send you a replacement puzzle. If not then I would contact the manufacturer of the puzzle and let them know what happened. Perhaps they have a web site through which you can communicate. I'm sure they would send a replacement, or maybe even a refund.

The box states the completed size of the puzzle is 26.75x19.25 inches (or 67.95x48.9 cm). The box the puzzle comes in is small about 7.75x7.75x2.25. The picture of the puzzle on the front of the box is quite small - about 7x5 inches. There is no poster with a larger picture inside the box. Really a shame with such a detailed picture.
