Delicious pancakes!
My family absolutely loves Birch Benders pancake and waffle mix! Sometimes we find it on sale at the local grocery store but otherwise we purchase it through Amazon. This is a really good product!

Kid Approved, wallet questions
My kids love this mix! My daughter loves the taste so much that won't eat restaurant pancakes. Add an egg and let it stand after mixing for a bit. A great Gluten free option. Wish it was a bit more affordable, but you get what you pay for and my kids won't let me switch, I tried..

Yummy, and great for my difficult dietary needs. Great staple I use regularly.

Love this but…
Put a little Resl maple syrup on these and it’s better than regular pancake batter! BE AWARE: it calls for adding “oil” ( I use coconut oil) but the directions are not so clearly spelled out. Mix it, coat a pan in butter, and in no time enjoy gluten free pancakes!

Great as is or as modified!
This mix makes good pancakes as it is in the bag but I like to add some extra fiber and protein. I weigh out four ounces (1/3 of a package) of mix, add a quarter cup of flax meal, a quarter cup of protein powder (whey, pea or other) and four eggs. I use 1 cup of water with all of this and it makes six to seven six-inch pancakes. I serve it up with fruit soup (Blueberries, cherries, strawberries, etc with cinnamon, thickened with arrowroot) and real organic whipped cream (sweetened with real maple syrup) or yogurt. It's our regular Sunday morning breakfast. Delish! Ordering more right now!

Our favorite pancack flour
The flavor, ease and healthyness is great. I do add an egg and a teaspoon of baking powder to make them more fluffy. We only use real maple syrup in moderation and/or coconut yogurt for toppings. Often add some organic fruit and pecans. My wife will not let me purchase any other type of pancake flour! Healthy eating Can be delicious!
