I have bought these twice now, first one for an 07 Magnum that I do a 300km commute daily mostly in the dark. I immediately noticed they brighten the road, and a wider beam pattern than Halogens, but a good cut off to not blind oncoming traffic. The second set was after I went with a cheaper LED on an 07 PT Cruiser, the cheaper ones worked in the garage, but once I was driving intermittently turned off and on (not hyperflashing). I paid more for these, but no issues at all with their performance. The only slight issue I had was getting the bulbs in the housing, as the wire runs off the side and can cause some clearance issues (more aggravation as they did fit without modification, but it is tight.

My 06 Isuzu Ascender has no room behind the headlamp assembly for larger heat sinks that will protrude from the back of the headlamp into the engine compartment. The SEALIGHT S2 series are a perfect replacement for the existing lamps and allow the factory dust cover to be re-installed to protect the interior of the headlamp assembly from dust, water, or other contaminates that you do not want inside the lamp housing. I gave a slight ding in brightness as these were not quite as bright as the HID lamps I was using, but they do not need all the extra wiring or the capacitors that were used for HID either. Each lamp has a small tag to let you know whether it is a high or low beam, no extra tools other than a regular screwdriver was needed in my case, and unlike with other LED lamps I've purchased the connectors fit as they should and I did not have to play around with reversing leads to see if the LED lights would come on. The LED lamps appear to be well made from the lamp assembly to the cabling to the connector.

The light quality was a better than I expected! Super bright especially with the highs on. The fit was a bit loose on one light bulb but not bad! It hasn’t slid out and stays in place. That’s the only reason it was not 5 stars! Highly recommend this product!

I bought and installed these 12 months ago on my 2006 Honda Accord. They were really easy to install. I mounted the inline Canbus resistor to the plastic headlight assembly, which might not be a good idea since it runs fairly hot but I haven't had any issues. On the driver's side, you will need to remove the battery to make installation easier, but that's just Honda's brilliant engineering, not the bulb's design. They put halogen bulbs to shame. It rains a lot here so at nighttime, the wet roads will absorb much of the light. It was so bad with my halogens that on the highway I had to drive below the speed limit for fear of not being able to see potholes or whatever else in time. The LED bulbs lit up the road like a floodlight, but that's when I discovered that a previous owner aimed the headlights too low (they didn't project far enough). After readjusting them to correct height, all my visibility problems CEASED TO EXIST. Honestly my halogens might have been fine with proper adjustment but I still wouldn't take that over the 6000 lumen total brightness that these produce. And they look amazing! My family and friends compliment me when they see it. Bear in mind, the 9006 bulbs are for low beam use only on this generation of Accord. The high beam + DRL bulbs are 9005, and I'm still using halogen for those, which I will explain below. The only 2 reasons to stick to halogen would be for freezing winters so that you can melt snow and ice off of your headlight (and keep it that way as you drive), or if the bulb also functions as DRL and you don't want to buy an additional resistor or couldn't get one to work with your vehicle. Even so, you could switch back to your halogen bulbs for the winter and then switch back to LED in the spring if you really wanted to.
