If you are in doubt that this works, then dont worry. My original bulb lasted about 7 years so I saw quite a difference when I replaced with this. It is a little fiddly with about 6 or so screws to replace the bare bulb, but its simple with a little care. Way cheaper than the official version that comes with the housing!

Got this lamp few days back.Its not original like the one I had osram but happy with the picture. Cant tell the different.For this price is a great bargin.Quite easy to instal as well..
