BENFEI SATA to USB Cable, 2in1 USB-C/USB 3.0 to SATA III Hard Driver Adapter Compatible for 2.5 inch HDD and SSD

Excellent product! The USB-A and USB-C interfaces are very convenient, and it works great with 2.5" HDDs and SSDs. As a bonus, I discovered that by connecting an SSD of any capacity, I can use it with my Android phone (Samsung S24 FE) and even with my iPhones (tested with an iPhone 14 Pro Max and an iPhone 18 Pro Max). I love it. 100% recommended!

Fits perfectly and stay connected. The adapter is sturdy and light, made out of high-quality plastic. I was able to connect it to a 2.5" SSD and transfer a bunch of files without any issues. I would recommend.

I had this crazy hope of easily transferring my old data and records off of an old hard drive, and while it does function as advertised, it’s honestly a bit underwhelming. It’s a simple adapter—there’s not much to it in terms of features or design. The concept is great for anyone needing to pull data off an old hard drive, but there’s nothing particularly exciting about it. It does the job, but that’s about it. The setup is incredibly easy and straightforward. You simply plug it into the hard drive and your computer, and you’re good to go. The USB-C/USB 3.0 compatibility makes it versatile, and it works with both newer and older machines. However, one thing I found disappointing was that the transfer speeds are nowhere near what was advertised. I expected much faster data transfers, but instead, the speeds were much slower than promised, which made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating. It still works, but it doesn’t feel as quick or efficient as I had hoped. The design is functional, but again, nothing special. It’s just a basic adapter with no added frills or features to make it stand out. If you’re just looking for something that does the job without any fancy extras, then this could work fine for you. But if you were hoping for faster transfer speeds or a more premium product, you might want to consider other options. Overall, I’d say this adapter is fine for basic data transfer needs, but it definitely leaves something to be desired. It’s functional, but boring, and the transfer speeds could use a lot of improvement. It gets the job done, but it doesn’t impress.

Performs great, as advertised. Build quality feels solid.

Item arrived and wasn't damaged.
