Great design! Vibrant colors!
Great gift for beginners and advanced artists. I love the compactness and travel capabilities it great even at home!! This is better than the fan pallets because you can access all colors much better with its design. The paint itself has a great variety of vibrant colors and I love the shimmery colors so much like gold and copper. The built in mixing pallet is a perfect size! Great job in design! Love it!

Quality is Amazing
This watercolor palette is so incredible! The pigments are rich and not in the least chalky It comes with a watercolor brush pen, a swatch card (which I find very convenient) and the velvet bag is perfect for traveling. This would be a great gift for all people who love making art.

Perfect for the Novice or as a Gift!
I am SUPER pleased with these paints! Aside from the unique packaging, the color variety and quality are great! The metallic and pastels show up on dark paper and great for creating greeting cards. The palettes can call be displayed at once and held as you paint. Excellent for traveling and extremely portable. Highly recommend ordering an extra!

Compact with beautiful colors!
I’m new to the water color game. I normally do black and white sketches and thought water colors would be a nice way to add some life to my drawings. I’m very happy with the water brushes and the palette color assortment. Everything is easy to use and the water colors are well pigmented and blend and fade out easily. It takes some time to figure out how much pressure to apply to the water brushes to get the desired movement and color density but that’s more for me than an opinion on the product. My brushes had a few stray hairs but I can easily trim those with some scissors. The palette is very compact and comes with a side compartment to store one brush making for easy storage and use on the go. You could store this in a backpack or purse without taking up any noticeable room. For my first grown up water color palette I’m very happy.

Very good inexpensive watercolor set
I'm always looking for a better travel watercolor kit and decided to try this one because I was under $20 and why not. I actually very much enjoy the palate arrangement of this item but I admit the colors are a little confusing and it would probably help if the names were in English rather than Chinese. This is a okay student grade watercolor if you or someone who does a lot of glazes a lot of color mixing this is not the watercolor set for you not at all but if you are looking to paint a la prima and just need straightforward colors then the set is great. I love how compact it is and easy to store it takes up very little room in my watercolor bag and so far has exceeded my expectations.

Great watercolors - poor design
These are awesome paints and I love them they go on very nice and smooth not chalky. The only thing I don't like is the design of the palette layout. You have to use both hands and it's awkward poor design, a fan style palette would have been a better idea but other than that it's pretty good.

Best value I can find on Amazon for a set of REAL Watercolor!
I am really happy with my purchase to the point that I bought another set right after I tried out. They are a set of real Watercolor of so many color choices including some metallic paints. They have good transparency, even much better than some cheap sets that I paid double the price. I’m talking about those sets with round paints, clear plastic lids, where the paints are chalky or dull, more like something you get from dollar store. If you are looking for real professional Watercolors, of course this is not, its price is about only one or two tubes of professional Watercolor. If you are looking for good quality students grade Watercolor without spendings much, these are good enough! I own Sakura Koi (48 colors) and Kuretake Watercolor (36 colors) paint sets, and I really think I like this set about the same as the other two. That’s how much I appreciate this product.

Great compact set
Bought this watercolor set for my daughter. It's fantastic. Compact but a ton of colors including some metallic ones. They come out very vibrant too. Will definitely buy again.

Better than I expect
To be honest I wasn’t expecting much from this product but I was actually pleasantly surprised with how much I liked this set of watercolours. The colours are bright and way less chalky than I was expecting. The case itself does have a tendency to pop open but I just put an elastic around it to keep it closed. There isn’t really a lot of blending room but that’s not unexpected in a portable set and with 60 colours it has pretty much any colour you might want without blending it yourself. I painted a very loose tiny bee to test the set and I was quite happy with results. I look forward to using this set more now when I’m out and about in the nicer weather
