Pessimo prodotto e gestione vergognosa: ci ho rimesso tempo e denaro!
Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. È un'esperienza scandalosa che spero nessuno debba ripetere. Ho acquistato un OnePlus Watch 3 che presentava difetti gravissimi: il sensore cardio segnava 160 bpm mentre ero a riposo (ne avevo realmente 60) e la batteria non durava nemmeno un giorno. Ho dovuto provvedere al reso a mie spese il 18 aprile, pagando di tasca mia ben 27,46€ per una raccomandata assicurata, spedendo tutto integro nella scatola originale e con cura maniacale. Nonostante abbiano ricevuto il pacco il 20-21 aprile, il trattamento ricevuto è stato indecente: mi hanno rimborsato solo 175€ invece dei 215€ spesi per l’acquisto, trattenendo 40€ senza alcuna ragione. Ovviamente, non si sono degnati di rimborsare nemmeno i 27,46€ della spedizione che ho dovuto sostenere per colpa di un loro prodotto fallato. Ad oggi, 7 maggio, sto ancora aspettando che Amazon risolva il reclamo. Tra il rimborso mancante e le spese di spedizione, ci ho rimesso quasi 70 euro per un orologio rotto. Venditore totalmente inaffidabile. Statene alla larga, non rispettano i diritti dei consumatori!
