Rust!
Hemostats came with rust on them. These are tools designed for medical personal to be used in matters where hygenics are important. All other items are ok. Not happy with having rust on a product designed to be exposed to eliments.

Good pocket protector
You get what you pay for. Case holds the trauma shears, surgical shears, and forceps just fine inside my thigh pocket like I wanted. Pen lights are cheap and both fell apart within 2 weeks. Case material is more cloth-like and not very sturdy. But it is perfect for use like a pocket protector inside the thigh pocket. I wouldn't expect it to last long on the belt with any kind of heavy use.

Everything I needed for school, slim and not super bulky yet holds everything you need. Goes right on my belt and I don’t need to worry about it coming off.

Not for Emt professional use
I would definitely not recommend this kit to any EMT. The quality of the first aid shear is not comparable to a real set of shears. As far as value for money, you get what you pay for.
