Golden Rod Long-Range Pellets, Type 3, .177 Cal, 8.5 Grains, Pointed, Lead-Free, Tin-Free, 150ct

I love this pellet I have a Big cat 1250 and at 25 yards I am stacking them right on top of each other. my back stop is half inch plywood I'm going through it. At 50 yards with 5 shots I am getting all 5 in a1/2in group. NOTE with my gun at 50 yards there is a 4in drop. I thank that this pellet is great for killing skate at the range but far as hunting I have not used them yet. But I don't thank they will be a good hunt round and this why. When I am hunting I want a round to mushroom out these after shooting through plywood hold their shape and can be reshot. But these are well-made pellets when I receive them in the mail I took every one of them out and look every one of them was made good none of them were bad. I will purchase more of them.

This product was fast and accurate. they are very good for disposing of unwanted pest.

I have a Daisy Powerline 880 and so far these are the best pellets I have used. I have so far tried Daisy Flat Nosed Lead Free, and Gamo Luxor (I only use lead free pellets) and these pellets outperform them both. They are heavy for a lead free pellet so they keep more energy over long distances allowing them to hit with harder force giving better penetration and power. Since they are a longer pellet they are also significantly easier to load into the breach of my specific gun because it is not a break barreled air rifle. I highly recommend this product.

I bought these based on one of the reviewer who said they used it on a daisy 880 which is what I have. But I find it's too much pellet for the gun. Especially that gun. First, it's a bit long so it's challenging to put into the slot for the loading chamber. It's not a break barrel. Mine shoots at 650-700 fpm and at 10yrd had a spread pattern that was all over the place. Some of the pellets were breaking the target sideways. I can tell from the shape of the hole. I was hoping these would work based on a previous review but find that unless you have a more powerful gun, you might be disappointed like me.

not accurate at all or consistent at all... better off with cheap old regular daisy pellets

I'm not sure if this happened to anyone else but I am an expierenced shooter and test many pellets in my pellets guns and these pellets didn't not do the job, they were great for penatration but were awful when it came to accuracy. They were not carrying a consistent grouping. I wasn't very impressed due to how much I paid for them

Accuracy and great penetration. I have never been a fan of PBA pellets, but Skenco is starting to win me over. Their accuracy and penetration is amazing. More shooters need to give them a try, especially those burned by the Gammo hype machine .
