VERY LOUD! I wore these to my local reservoir to do my daily 5 mile walk... yikes... people looked at me like "what is that noise?" How embarrassing! These things are ok if you're just sitting on the couch, not moving. But even then, I didnt sweat. Dont buy these if you plan on wearing them out of the house... and if you're wearing them in the house, be prepared to have your husband, wife, kids, dogs, cats etc look at you funny. Every step you take makes a swooshing sound.. and its not subtle.

It fits well and looks like normal gym pants but do help you get more sweaty. It’s easy to wear and comfortable. Recommend if you want some extra help of loosing weight.

Fabric Not Reliable
Fabric does make you sweat; However, the fabric split and came away from the wall of inseam causing the fabric to bubble up on the outside side panels. Terrible craftsmanship with product. Unfortunately outside window to return.

These pants are extremely comfortable to wear. I would totally recommend it if your trying to lose extra weight and don’t feel like going to the gym. I’ve only been wearing it for about a week and I already see the difference.
