the best their is
I bought this for my daughter who is a violin beginner being accostomed to the usual light rosins which are numerous and arent worth the hassle hidersine goes on clean and smooth no mess no build up no hassle like the rest. For your beginner violinists with the tendency to screech and hit the errant wolf note and tend to get discouraged early on this is the rosin for you it eliminates 99% of screech and much embrassment, one word of caution clean your bow hair before you switch to remove any other rosin youve been useing before its a easy task to accomplish i strong recomend this for anyone who has a beginner violinist it may be a little more in price but you defintely get what you pay for if your tiired of the rest try the best! Hidersine is the way to go!

He was right. Works and applies wonderfully from music camp at 105 low humidity to 100 high humidity

The best in my opinion
This is the rosin I used from the 5th grade through high school (in the 1970's). Recently started playing again at age 55, this eliminates the occasional screech and scratch noise for me. The best in my opinion

Want a sticky bow? You got it!
My kids have been playing violin for about 5 years and tried several different rosins. So far, Hindersine has been their favorite. This rosin is easy to apply and makes the bow sticky in just few sweeps with minimal to no residue. They also like the fancy looking packaging, but performance is why they want me to continue to order these.Strongly recommended for all player levels, especially for beginners who have no idea that quality rosin makes huge difference in the instrument playability.

Best Rosin
My wife loves this rosin for her violin bow. It is only rosin she has used for the past 16 years of playing violin. It is the best and provides a smooth tone for your bow.

Exactly what I needed!
I've been trying to learn to play the violin on my own and I was struggling, I couldn't get any noise out of the top third of my bow no matter how much rosin I used. I was using the rosin that came with my violin, and after struggling for over a week to produce a decent sound I decided to try a new rosin.I bought this rosin and used it last night. The difference was amazing! Like night and day different. I chose a dark rosin as I live in Canada and the lighter rosin I was using wasn't being good to me.This one went on easily, I could actually see the white powder on the hairs like I was supposed to after using. I will be sticking with this brand and type of rosin going forward.

Merci beaucoup Amazone.

Great middle of the road rosin. Gets the job done.
Good rosin, I use it all the time. Hidersine is well known and used by many violinists.

Dark rosin.
Rosin has a lot of "grab".Did not work well for my violin.Probably better suited for a viola or cello.Other wise the transaction was ok.
