I got this electric E-bike for my son. So far he is enjoying it very much, the ride quality is nice especially because it has 4 rear shocks in the back and suspension in the front. The battery lasts a long time so he is able to go a long distance and back with more than enough battery. The charging is fast for me it only takes about 3-4 hours to have all 4 bars filled on the battery percentage. With a rear seat included he can take his friends for a ride too, his friends also enjoy the back seat very much. This is a very good E-Bike would recommend and great value for money .

The company sent notification with the package to contact them for service after the sale, I’ve emailed the company twice and have not gotten a response so Customer service receives one star, I ordered two bikes and one ride perfectly although the other arrived with damages, but because it was Christmas Eve and I had to put the bikes together I had to put it together the best that I could, but it was absolutely damaged. As others have stated in their reviews, this bike was extremely difficult to put together and the instructions were horrible as it was just pictures and arrows with no words at all, which makes it very difficult when they’re putting together a machine that goes 20 mph that you’re fixing to put your children on I am very disappointed in the response from this company in regards to this very expensive. When buying from sellers that ask you to contact them direct I have generally found it to be very helpful. Although with this company, they must not care so much about Customer service as they do about selling their bike. When I do finally hear from Customer service I will update this review. I will say that the one bite that came in perfect although still very difficult to put together works great and my older son loves it. My younger son would love his if he actually could ride it without worrying about the seat, falling off or the bike falling over. All in all good bike but if you need Customer service, you can count that out. I recommend you’re going directly to Amazon. Just wanted to update you, the company definitely does not care, they have not reached out and it’s been over a week now. I had a talk to Amazon Direct and they took care of everything, still would NEVER support this company again. I am also sending the bike back that worked, not with the issues!!!

Already bought three E-BIKE like this one from the same company. The shipping is very fast to where I live. All three bikes are gifts to friends and relatives and they are very satisfied with the performance, range, max speed is manageable for young riders. A perfect bike for small riders. Easy to assemble, looks great. not too heavy and rides very well. Will order more in the near future and a discount would be nice.

My first E-bike and I was not disappointed with the price! It was fairly easy to assemble and came fully charged. It’s small and feels comfortable when cruising around (I’m 5’2). Rides well even on grass! I love how cute she looks and can’t wait to pimp her out! It functions well overall, I’d say the only flaw is the peddles have no fraction so you’re cursing even if you’re peddling lol. But great product overall.

Took me about 15 minutes to put together. I spent more time putting the front wheel in between brake disc. You have to unloosen with the smaller hex tool. Just a 1mm turn to loosen. Once front wheel slides in make sure that all the washers and cylinders are used. Tighten a little bit. If you tighten too much, then you'll hear the metallic disc will rub on the brake pad. I am 5'4", adjust the chair assembly's height. I got short legs so I pedal on it perfectly. Took out on the road at full throttle. So much fun. Went up a 30 degree incline and it climbs very well without the pedal assist.
