MapEasy's Guidemap to Florence Map – September 1, 2011

Nice and easy to read tourist map, focuses more on landmarks & attractions and a little less on precise directional information...however will be ideal for a walking around in a city such as Florence. It really only covers the core city center and some of the area across the river (Boboli Gardens, Oltrarno); if you are staying a few blocks outside the city center but still within walking distance to the main sights, you might need another map (or at least walking directions from your hotel to town). Nice plasticy water resistant material that should hold up better than paper with handling.

Easy to follow with illustrations of historical places. My 10 year old even liked to use this to navigate around Florence.

Nice map of central Florence. My only reason for not giving the map 5 stars is that it was limited to the central city.

Easy to use map with all of the streets marked. The inset map showed the city center and around the Duomo. It was extremely useful when we traveled to Florence. Much better than the other stiff laminated maps we had of Rome.

Love the durability and easy to read map

Nice waterproof heavy duty map, but only shows the main areas of Florence- not as detailed as I had hoped. I can’t find the area or streets near the Airbnb I am staying at so that is not helpful.

this is my favorite kind of map. We call it a "cartoon" map. The easiest kind to read, it has the major sites already marked and plenty of restaurants and hotels.

I already had this map and had used it extensively. I purchased and additional one for family members that are planning a Florentine experience.
