Easy to apply sizing and wallpaper adheres to product and stays once dried. After applying the sizing to the wall, let dry about 1-2 hours. It will be tacky after drying, then apply the wallpaper. Easy soap and water cleanup. No smell and covers a lot. I still have 3/4 gallon after papering my bathroom.

I used this product per the recommendation of the Kilted drywall guy on youtube. If you have drywall where the surface paper (the white paper) is torn off from texture or wallpaper removal this product seals the brown paper and prevents it from bubbling up when you put drywall compound over top of it. It also a fantastic primer for skim coated walls and ceilings after heavy mudding. IMO this work way better than PVA primers which tend to form a thin film over top of the drywall compound instead of truly bonding to it. It's expensive but well worth the money not having to go back and fix all the areas where PVA does not adhere and or peels / blisters.

I hang wallpaper for a iving, both commercial and residential . Preparing the surface with RX-35 ensures maximum adhesion and protection of the wall when the time comes for a change. I will not hang it, if the customer wants to cut this corner

This product came damaged. No able to use not able to return. What a waste of money!!!!!!

Great product. A must before hanging traditional wallpaper, especially on new drywall.

I had to return this because it spilled all over the box and I was unable to use it. I purchased it from a local store to hang wall paper and it worked like a charm. I gave it 3 stars because of the shipping, the product would have gotten 5
